Gluten Free Caesar Dressing

Gluten Free Caesar Dressing

  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 5 anchovey fillets
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, freshly grated
  1. Combine garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, egg, and dijon in food processor.
  2. Slowly stream in olive oil, while running food processor. 
  3. After emulsified, blend in parmesan cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
