Gluten Free Caesar Dressing
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed
 - 5 anchovey fillets
 - 1/4 cup lemon juice
 - 1 egg
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
 - 1/2 cup olive oil
 - 1/4 cup parmesan, freshly grated
 
- Combine garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, egg, and dijon in food processor.
 - Slowly stream in olive oil, while running food processor.
 - After emulsified, blend in parmesan cheese.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
