Welcome Baby Fiona!

Introducing Fiona Lee ~

I just wanted to share the wonderful news!  Our sweet baby girl arrived on October 19th, in a very exciting way to say the least.  Let’s just say, we almost had an unplanned homebirth!  Luckily, we made it to the hospital in the nick of time.  I guess with it being baby number 5, you never know what to expect :)  We are back home now and both doing well. She is doing the typical newborn routine :  eat, poop, sleep all day/up all night!  But I couldn’t be more happier to have her in my arms.  My other four children were ecstatic to meet her and just love taking turns holding her and singing to her.  It’s very sweet.

More photos to come, and of course I’ll be back to posting recipes soon :)

Many Blessings,

~Michelle

  • Congratulations on your beautiful daughter!! (I’m also born on Oct 19th, a good date :-) ). Found your blog today as I was looking for gluten free pita breads. Made them for dinner tonight, filled with chicken à la gyros, tomatoes and tsatsiki, was yummy! Just wanted to say that I love your blog and will definitely try lots more of your recipes! My husband, our two kids and myself are gluten free (sort of paleo, but still using dairy) since January, and it is a bit tricky, but sooo worth it. Keep up the good work!! But hey, how do you have time/cope with FIVE kids and still put up so many blog posts, and at the same time seem so happy, patient etc?? I’m truly impressed. :-)
    Greetings from South Africa
